Group Classes in the Scottish Borders:

All welcome. I can easily adapt a class to multiple levels so please come, no matter what your aims or experience. Mats provided. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.

Monday Evening Classes run for 70 min and cost £8.50 drop-in, or £30 for a block of 4 weeks. This class is currently fully booked, please message me if you would like to be put onto the waiting list.
